What is the scanning method for LED displays?

To determine the scanning method based on the number of ICs in a single module, if a static driving IC controls 16 points and a single module has 32*16 points with only 8 ICs, the calculation would be 32*16/16/8=4, which corresponds to a 1/4 scanning method.

What is grayscale level?
